Valérie Mayer is a young marketing professional who recently graduated from Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
Valérie came to me with a need to develop a logo a business card to help her find a job after school.
The branding solution began with a two character ligature of an overlapping V and M. The ligature is surrounded by Valérie’s name in the shape of a circle. I choose this solution because it had the overall shape of a compass. I choose the symbolism of a compass to help Valérie navigate and find her way in her career.
